Breakfast bake....

Kristen and I are going to be feeding breakfast to the folks @ Ronald McDonald House on Christmas morning. I wanted something that would be inexpensive, tasty and easy for me to do. I wanted it to have eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. My mom suggested a Breakfast bake.

Thanks to the internet and my ability to read directions I wanted to do a test run of the breakfast that will feed 50-60 people.
