Something I have noticed....

I have realized recently that when I sleep, I sometimes put my hand in my shorts.  I am not adjusting or anywhere near my stuff/boys but something similar to what Al Bundy would do.  I guess its relaxing or maybe something similar to when you swaddle a baby it is soothing.  I am not sure but I do it.
