Dunking and Driving

I have heard people eating a a variety of things while driving but in Salisbury, Conn. - Some guy blamed his driving problems on an Oreo dunk gone bad.  Imagine hearing the guy tell the cop:  "You see officer I was drinking my milk and cookies and the Oreo slipped from my fingers as I was dunking my double stuff oreo into a cup of milk and it just dropped in.  I had to get it before it got soggy, so I tried to fish it out when I lost control of the car."
