Pepperoni Lasgana!

I love watching Guy Fieri on the Food Network and I am always coming up with things to cook up and eat.

I have made a version of this before but with ziti and ground turkey and it came out good. Kristen loved the sauce. I have actually made the sauce a few times and bag it up or jar it up and use it rather then buy some.

We found whole wheat lasagna noodles so I decided it was time to make Pepperoni Lasagna. Kristen wanted spinach in it so we blended it with the ricota and instead of fround turkey we had ground turkey meatballs that I cut up into slices.

In the end it came out delicious and am looking forward to making some more of Guy Fieri's delicious food.
