On the Phone

I have been on the phone a lot in the past few months at work. So much that I don't answer the phone.

- I have an issue when some people say they've called and you are hard to get a hold of yet they never leave a message so how am I suppose to know you called?

- Or when people call and hang up and then call again immediately.

- I also get the people who call every single number or go the route of phone, email, IM. Get a grip people. I think it is only appropriate if it is an emergency.
