Random Thoughts: "Bless You"

Is it so hard when someone sneezes to say "Bless you" or "Gezhundheit"? come on! Are we that much in a rush or that inconsiderate of others? Ok I understand if you did not grow up saying it. But everyone. You got to be kidding!
