O-R-E-O

Ok so I was talking to my boy Jay and his girlfriend Erin about how great of a baker she is and she was talking about muffins she had baked. I made some off the wall comment of "Hey have you ever made Oreo muffins?" and she said no. Well guess what she made me. Thats right- OREO MUFFINS!

They are so good. She is awesome.
Ever watch the King of Queens episode where Doug has a girl that makes him all these great meals. Well Erin is that for me. She makes some unbelievable homemade from scratch desserts. She rocks!
